This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Universoftware Ltd in relation to universoftware.ai, its enquiry channels, and any related services we provide.
How to Request Deletion
Send your request to legal@universoftware.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
To help us identify the correct records, include:
- your full name;
- the email address or addresses you used when interacting with us;
- the service, form, assistant, or account the request relates to;
- your organisation name, if relevant; and
- enough detail for us to locate the data you want deleted.
We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting on the request.
What We Can Delete
Depending on your relationship with us, deletion may include:
- contact or assessment submission records;
- email or support correspondence;
- account profile and workspace records, where applicable;
- AI assistant interaction records, where applicable; and
- other personal data that is no longer required for a lawful business purpose.
What We May Need to Retain
We may need to retain limited information where required for:
- legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations;
- fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or security investigations;
- establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or
- maintaining a minimal suppression record so we can honor the deletion outcome.
Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
Response Process
After receiving a valid request, we will review it, verify identity where appropriate, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If your request relates to data we process on behalf of a customer, we may direct you to that customer or coordinate with them where required.
